If selected for artistic commission, the artist will bear the responsibility for producing their own work, including budget and administration tasks. Artistic commissions can often extend over several years. The artist is contractually bound to follow Region Stockholm’s environmental sustainability requirements. Solutions for how the artwork should be managed and maintained after its production, will be provided by the artist, in dialogue with the Cultural Administration. The Cultural Administration bears the responsibility for maintenance of the artwork.

Names of the artists will not be revealed until a decision on artistic commission is made.
